Mtn has no technical support and salvation to there data router issues i want a credit or refund

Mtn I signed up 3 months ago for the unlimited 5g data ****el. I pay for the uncapped Yet in September my data went off saying connected without internet o. Wednesday 2nd September 2026 I called in I was given an INC REF WHICH UP TILL MONDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER THEY COULDNT FIX THE ROUTER. I went to mtn Brentwood and they could not fix it after resetting my address. Im sitting a week now no internet and they said on my BO REFF THIS WEEK that some department never loaded the September data. But I'm being charged and billed. I want a credit for September 2026 and I'm demanding my router be fixed or it to be canceled on MTN account with immediate effect waisting my time and money
