MTN has no supervisors on duty

I called in to have data loaded on one of my contracts. The data was not loaded and I called in to find out why. 808 then kept cutting me off when I pressed 0 to speak to a consultant stating that I was suspended. How am I supposed to know why I am suspended when it cuts me off due to me being suspended?? I then eventually got through and George tried to help me but was was so illiterate and his system was having technical issues so he had to use a work colleagues machine to check. He then told me that I was not suspended and then said the data was loaded and that I only had 300MB left of it. I then got upset and wanted to speak to a supervisor to get over the language barrier. He then told me that the manager and supervisors are in a meeting and there was no-one to assist me. I then wanted a reference so he said that I had to hold so that he could get it from his colleagues machine but colleague was busy on a call. While waiting for about 2 minutes, he cut me off. I then had to call in again and have the issue resolved. Chad Taillard assisted me then on Ref *** and that is why I have not already arranged to port my numbers elsewhere.
