MTN has no service and refuses to fix the issue

MTN has been up for a total of 7 days in the last 3 months. I live about 80 meters from their tower and every time I log a ticket to their coverage team they inform me that it was regarding a power outage. they have now even sent me stats stating that network coverage was at 100% whilst no one in the area had any service.

we were down for 2 and a half months and after severe escalation the issue was fixed and lasted for 7 days. now its down again and MTN refuses to acknowledge that they have a problem even though we list 10 + numbers for them to verify on. this is beyond reasoning and MTN simply do not send out resources to investigate the outage.
