MTN has no record of my purchase

I purchased a unlimited 5g package on Saturday 17 Aigust from mtn.co.za my payment has gone through but MTN has no record of it. No confirmation of purchase and no order number. I've been into a store, phoned the call center and had no success. Any help would be appreciated.
