MTN HAS NO MEASURES FOR PEOPLE WITH COVID-19

I am extremely disappointed in how MTN has no measures for people isolating/diagnosed with Covid 19. MTN wants me to come in-store in order to do a contract sim-swap and pay R115!!! I have been bounced around to 4 different departments and none of the agents had a solution.

I do not understand why I have to pay anything for a sim swap, let alone being asked to come in-store ???? This is insane and as a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed!!!
