MTN has no loyalty to loyal customers

I have used MTN since 1999. This month I omitted to pay the full amount to MTN and there was an outstanding balance of only R 51.55 due to a stressful time just before lockdown. I cannot believe after promising support and assistance during lockdown MTN have suspended my outgoing calls.

Really disappointed with MTN for the sake of R 51. 55. It is paid now of course.
