MTN has no customer service

I have been battling for a week to give notice to cancel my month-to-month contract! Nobody answers phones, nor emails. Even Retentions and the Complaints section never responds. How is one supposed to cancel???

After getting an answer yesterday, I was cut off after she promised that she won't drop the call. This was after another 20 minutes of holding on. I'm at wits end in how one is supposed to cancel your contract, if MTN is not responding to anything.

Cancel my contract w.e.f. notice from 31 Aug 2022. This is when I started "trying" to give notice.

Rating would be a "0". It is very clear that MTN has pathetic service.
