MTN has no customer relations

So I have made an application for wifi for my home, I was quite courteously sent an email that I will be contacted. 5 Days ago 20.4.2023 14h28. No one has phoned me up until now. How is MTN expecting to do business if this is the way that they are handling enquiries?
