MTN has my phone and now they ignore me
<p>My phone went in for repairs. It was an Out of Box failure and a new phone was sent to Keywest. They closed for renovations without informing me about the situstion. I queried it with the repairs centre and they are ignoring my pleas for help. BUT they are MOST definately NOT ignoring the debit order. NO!! They take my money but dont deliver the goods or service! </p>
