MTN has made my life a nightmare😡

I have a contract with MTN but no coverage and I pay full amount for it every month, I’ve returned their router and I’m asked to pay over a thousand rands to cancel the contract, couldn’t pay that amount coz I don’t have that kind of money & it doesn’t make sense why the cancellation fee is so much while I have returned their device. This is so frustrating, I’ve tried for months now to get help from them but no one was able to assist me. Why so much money for cancellation? I didn’t wanna cancel the contract but they couldn’t migrate me to 4g coverage maybe, I’ve been an MTN customer for so many years, this has been a nightmare for me. I don’t have their router and I don’t have internet in my home but I pay for it every month. I can’t even watch tv , I have to buy little data every month that will at least last me for a few days. This is a nightmare. MTN has made my life a living hell
