MTN has made it possible for ****mers to target my aunt. Her phone was hacked, and the hackers sent messages to many people pretending to be her and asking for money. When we discovered what was happening, I tried several times to call 135 for assistance. Unfortunately, none of the options addressed the problem I was facing, and I was never able to reach an agent to explain the situation or request that the number be blocked. Why is it so difficult to speak to a real person when there is an urgent problem like this? It is extremely frustrating and distressing. Situations like this allow ********s to take advantage of innocent people and destroy trust within our communities. MTN, this is deeply disappointing. Customers need proper support, especially during emergencies like this.
