MTN has ***** and ****** claiming to represent them "CCI" is the name of the Company

Last year 07 December 2018, I received a call from Jason Masinga calling From CCI on Behalf of MTN and he Called to offer me a Deal, and on the Phone he said the Contents of the Deal was Acer Core I5 Laptop, 2 Hi Sense Phones, Router and Three Sim Cards for R280 a month for 24 Months and to my Surprise on the 27 of December 2018 the Package arrived but it was not what we agreed on, It was Three HiSense F22 Phones,1 Gun Metal and 2 Gold Phones, Hauwei Router, 4 Sim Cards and Office 365, on the 27 December 2018 I Tried to call the number he provided me with, And the voice message was that they are closed and their offices will open on the 03 January 2019.

On that day i made a call and spoke to Lindie Ntuli and Theron Piller i explain everything to them and requested a Voice recording of me and Jason Masinga but they said the only way i could listen to the recording is at the MTN Store and i can't have the Recording, she said she is going to take the matter up with her Superiors,

I was told that the deal captured on their side is exactly what i received but was supposed to be a Acer A1 Celeron Laptop and two phones of which is something we didn't agree on.

I called them to ask the correct details of the deal but every time it was different things, Now they refuse to give me the voice recording and the Contract Price is also different to what Jason Masinga told me about, Theron told me the contract is almost R580 for everything and that is wrong Laptop i didn't agree to,

And I ask them that the debit order should go through because the stuff i received are not correct but Theron told me that the Debit order is going to go through even though i didn't receive what i agreed on or what Jason Masinga told me about,

I asked them if they know The South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008 that was signed on 24 April 2009: Right to Protection against false, misleading or deceptive representations* Suppliers are not permitted to provide or misleading representations regarding Services and Products which is what Jason Masinga did to me,

And Luckily i haven't activate or opened the phones but what i want now is the Recording of Me and Jason Masinga that was done on the 07 December 2018 and He must also give the deal he promised me with the same Price he told me about and extra money will be his costs.

I might not be the first person this thing happened to him, Maybe he thought i was going to open the phones and activate the Sim Cards and the shock was going to be my monthly installment on this deal.

MTN Please deal with this **** Jason Masinga because I have took this matter with My Attorneys, I want the Acer Laptop with Core I5 Laptop and two HiSense phones and Router for R280 per Month on a period of 24 Months and like I said if there is no such a deal refer to the Consumer Protection act but if this deal is more than that Jason Masinga will pay for the difference.

And my Question is why will the debit order go through if i don't receive the correct order and haven't activated anything?
