MTN has ignoring my case for refund since last yea

MTN is supposed to refund me as I have paid over what I was supposed to on my contract that I HAD with them. its so sad that I am now reporting this here for the third time because they always promise to respond then they ignore my issue. it is very disappointing that a big company like this has call centre which does not pick up their phone or you get cut before you even lay your complaint.
