Mtn has handed me over to attorneys ********ly

I have been handed over on a contract that has expired and had been paid up. MTN has ********ly placed me on a different contract, one that I'm not even aware of and this has been debited of my account for a year now. I need answers as they are threatening to ********ly blacklist me
