MTN HAS GONE TO THE DOGS

This has to be the worst company ever. I always fight when it comes to an upgrade to a point I cancelled my contract that I had for me than 10 years. The delivery company DSV, lies about delivery and refuses to deliver to my house, then I called my services, now I am not able to make calls on my line knowing I have airtime, agent is telling me that I have to convert my airtime to mins, I never had to do that before, the other one says there is an issue and I should switch my phone off for 5 mins, I STILL AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE CALLS! I think I made the best decision in leaving, cant wait for the other contract to end so I can cancel that too. Agents do not know basic manners, like using please and thank you.
