Mtn has failed me

I have had bad experience with Mtn shesha 5G home internet I constantly struggle with network sometimes can't send or receive massages I can hardly browse the Internet yet I've been paying never missed a payment spoken to consultants multiple times but I still have the problem Mtn has failed me
