Mtn has failed me
<p>I had a problem my notifications were blocked. and I was advised by my bank to go fix that with my service provider(MTN)I went to the MTN shop and they advised me to do a sim swap, but they failed to do a sim swap for me instead the phone kept on giving me the message"would you like to do a sim swap/get anew number" and since then I receive the message every 5seconds and i phoned 173/555 for assistance but they failed to assist me instead they told me that their technician will call me, until today their technician hasnt called. I cant even sleep at night because of the message, and I cant put my phone on silent because they call me at work anytime.</p>
