mtn has dissapointed me

Wow I phoned this morning to ask one of the mtn so called champions why has my contract increased he told me prices do go up because of inflation and that in my contract it stipulates that it can happen firstly I thought when you have a contract in place nobody changes it without the other's consent they didn't give me any extra data a minutes or text but they increased my monthly plan firstly I feel when the contract was done I should've just been pointed out it might increase because they quick to explain the returns and refunds policy in 7days I got a text and I disregarded it as I just assumed its the wrong number and to think if I didn't call to find out I would not have know the text is actually right and who sends a text with something that so important couldn't they write or email then this consultant tells me to go to the store to get my contract he couldn't email it to me but yet he can tell me what stands in my contract I mean really now what is mtn then a circus show when I asked him for the complaints team email he still wanted to tell me about my damn contract he couldn't even send but was able to tell me of a price increase stipulating in my contract and what ****edme off even more is what makes mtn think I have a extra R10 to give to them monthly there's a reason I took that contract for that amount because I can afford it its not even a damn bond a person can understand if it was a bond because they stipulate they have an annual increase on their interest rate mtn you need to do better
