MTN has committed *****

MTN upgraded my contract without my authorization on Monday (2015/10/26). Firstly, my contract that I signed is R 200 per month and MTN has upgraded it to a R 409 per month contract. Secondly, now that I want to upgrade my contract to something that I wish, I am not legible. I have been told by MTN that I need to go to the police station to get an Affidavit to say that MTN has committed *****. Why can they not fix it on their side instead of *****ing more of my time trying to resolve the matter. This is a disgusting lack of service.<br> <br> This needs to be resolved immediately and make sure that you do not charge me R 409 for a contract that I need not agree to.
