MTN has charged me almost double from July 2022 till November since there was a cancellation of contract within 2 days due to some issues

MTN has charged me almost double from July 2022 till November since there was a cancellation of contract within 2 days due to some issues. They promised to reimburse but until this day thy still haven’t, instead they still keep suspending my account
