MTN HAS BLOCKED MY PHONE FOR THE 4MONTH IN A ROW
I do not understand how a service provider can keep treating customers like dirt.

I have been a victim of MTN blocking my phone for payments that are due every month. In November i left the country and I went to Namibia . I had activated international roaming but most of the time the phone was off. I wasn't even using a smart phone. To my surprise i got a bill of 1050 roaming charges. I reported this last year and now that has caused the account to go into arrears because my bill closed in December and i had 3500 to pay(1050 roaming charges and 1500 outstanding bill). I paid 1500 and 1050 was outstanding.

In January all my lines got blocked i asked why they said the billing amount i need to pay i cant pay for something that i didn't use??

What is wrong with these people. they cant even justify who I called for the R1000 roaming charges.

I have been treated unfairly by MTN and I really will not take any further contracts in future. I cant get calls or sms or make calls. Please can someone fix this so i can pay what is due in terms of my month and month bill.

The other thing is one of my contracts is finish but they don't want to discontinue it.
PLEASE RECONNECT MY LINES ASAP
