MTN has an I don't care attitude

MTN debt recovery process in partnership with debt recovery companies line Nudebt has really demaged my credit profile. I am currently still chasing a paid up later for a debt i fully paid. Their slowness and uncaring attitude from a customer service point of view is damaging MTN reputation they have built for so long. I can safely say they have lost me as a future client.
