Mtn has absolutely no Customer care

I got a call from FNB to tell me I have an account in not paying for so I get the details and it’s a mtn account contracted phone. I go with this information to the store I get copies of documents used to open this account it’s my ID doc but with someone’s face i than go and report at the police station and I now must email the Freud department to deal with this n reverse I have sent emails and I have called so many time and I didn’t realize that it was this hard to get ahold of mtn especially not being there client till today I’m waiting for a call back because calling this a waste of time they don’t pick up when them finally do they can’t help u now this is affecting my credit score and can’t buy the house I wanted thanks to them to trying to help with this mess
