MTN has a bogus system that only centres around them and not the customers interests.

MTN is a serious bore. i don't get any statements from them so i have to download them myself. as usual for this month i download the statement ad paid the R250 according to the statement. today i tried to make a call and i learned that my account has been suspended due to short payment. when i called them i told them that i paid what was on the statement and they said it was not inclusive of the other line and then i was told that he system suspended my account. the system was set by someone and my worry is that if they can set the system to suspend why don't they set it to send correct statements and also indicate if statements were not delivered. how can you suspend someones account without even contacting them to find out if they did that intentionally or not. why makes them think i can pay R250 and then fail to pay R70? MTN will make you regret ever taking a contract with them but i will take it as a lesson for next time to never have a contract with them.
