Mtn Hartbee****rt Village Mall bad attitude,
Sms message from mtn to pay at certain date. Payment made before cut off date, then next sms message a day before cut off date, that account has been suspended due to non payment. Upon question to Mtn Hartbee****rt Village Mall why account has been suspended, we were told "switch off and on your phone". No explanation given, no apologies, just plain rude.
There is a general bad attitude from that mtn shop, they treat you like dirt. Fortunately end of contract is on 29th of April, so we will never have to deal with mtn again. We are moving to cell-c.
