MTN Harassment

MTN Spam Call me with offers to renew my contract. The agents is arrogant and do not want to take no for a answer. I did not managed to be remove from the telemarketing list. MTN indicated that they can not do it. Can I open a harassment case at SAPS. I just want my peace and quiet.
