MTN HANDS YOU OVER WITHOUT TRYING TO GET HOLD OF YOU FIRST WITH NO PROOF

I am so annoyed with this company . they have such bad service. i had a router a year ago which had an outstanding amount of R239 a year later i get a call from an Attorney where they have handed me over this was the first i hear about an outstanding amount. when i try get hold of MTN legal they refuse to put you through this i have recorded . when i tried again i was informed that they have no call recordings and no email address so how did they inform me of the outstanding amount. now they have handed me over put me on default and now wont assist me to sort this out. i have called and emailed like a mad person and yet they are so bad at customer service it just shows. i want someone from MTN to call me or i will keep posting my story all over till someone assists me.
