MTN handling of a ********** contract

I would llike to give them a negative rating Poorest customer service thinkable I reported a ********** contract that was taken out in my name to Paarl Mall MTN on 3 May No feedback whatsoever I went to another MTN branch who was much mor helpfull However - on checking my bank statement I observed the ********** amount of R 1349.00 went off again Very very bad service
