MTN handed my old CLOSED account to a third part and refuse to to give me paid up letter or prescribe the debt

MTN handed my old CLOSED account to a third part and refuse to to give me paid up letter or prescribe the debt incurred while they kept the account open and legal fees. I've NEVER received any communication from MTN nor the third part about any debt
