MTN handed me over to Lawyers after payig contract in full,VERY UPSET!!
I have paid up my MTN contract in full in december 2018 ,when i recently checked my credit score on Transunion,MTM says I owe the R1810.00,and I have been handed over ot lawyers ,I do not even have a sim card with them,my account number is A*** ,I am very unhappy with this as i dont intend to pay money i dont kno .i want my statement wich shows all my payment history but MTN is not able to deliver,How do I resolve this as this smells like ***** and ******* from MTN
