mtn handed me over to attorneys and i dont have a contract with them.

I took out a contract with mtn via their 3rd party rewards &co online in 2018, less then 7 days later i returned the devices because the sales person **** about the specs of the phone. I returned it to the mtn store in cavendish in november 2018 they sent it back to the warehouse, I did contact rewards & co so many times and mtn as well to ask them go de-activate the line. They so *********** they can't even follow up or give me the right info. Now 7 months later attorneys contact me demanding me to pay for something i returned so long ago. Not once did mtn contact me, but have the audacity to hand me over, and i dont even have a contract with them anymore. PLEASE IF A COMPANY REWARDS &CO CONTACT YOU TO TAKE OUT A CONTRACT, SELLING ANY NETWORK . DON'T!!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING SALES.
