MTN handed me over!

I previously complaint on hello peter, and mtn promised a feedback. To date nothing has been received.<br> On the 15 August 2015 I went to MTN in Mimosa Mall (Bloemfontein) where I was assisted by Palesa Thari and her manager Lehlohonolo Jonas. They went trough my account and identified that MTN incorrectly charges me R1600.00 for migration that never happened.<br> They calculated that I must pay R2055.00 for the account to be activated.<br> I paid the amount and to date my number was not activated. They are ignoring me flat. <br> <br> The last time I complaint Keitumetse rep**** (REQ: ***) yet no one ever contacted me. They handed me over when they started the mess!
