MTN Hacked number not un-hacked!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I'm writing this on behalf of my parents.</p> <p>The MTN contract they have for years now has been hacked, after paying the first initial R3800 by my parents to MTN they promised to stop all downloads on the number in question. Mtn confirmed via telephone conversation with my father that all downloads on this number has been stopped or deleted. </p> <p>I know that my parents don't even use data on that particular number, applications like, Whatsapp and facebook aren't even installed on the device.</p> <p> </p> <p>On my way to work today (07/02/2017) , my father phoned me to have a look at his bank account due to a debit order that was unsuccesfull on his account for the amount of R8891.87. The debit order was unsuccesful due to insufficient funds. Usually the account runs about R350 - R400 per month. </p> <p> </p> <p>The account of R8891.87 by mtn, indicates to me that the account has not been unhacked and that mtn has not comply to their promise of unhaking the account, or deleting any other activities on the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told my mother to switch of the phone and don't use it at all to see if the account is still running up, I gave her one of my Vodacom simcards to use instead. </p> <p> </p> <p>MTN needs to explain what is going on here, and assist with this as a Matter Of Urgency!!</p> <p>Should Mtn want to cantact my parents i will disclose the relevant numbers to the if/should there be any response.</p>
