mtn/guard risk insurance a *******!

<p>Ref: uncalled for claim rejection [#***5<br />claim submitted ***</p> <p>date submitted 18-03-2016</p> <p>claim reference number ***<br />account A***</p> <p>if you want to have mtn insurance be warned! they keep you waiting for ages and come up with stories not to honour the claim.in my case i claimed in march,got a reply recently stating that my phone was not insured by mtn insurance yet i have document to prove it..during my claim period before the response.when i visit mtn shop,they would phone the insurance people to no avail...each and every time they answer,we were subjected to boring music until the phone was cut off.which makes me wonder if it is designed that way to **** us off.finally i got a rejection email which i contested and they promised to get back to me in 48hrs...that was on the 3rd of june....according to my count 48hrs is way past and still no positive response.if i call mtn,they say they fowarded the matter to the undewriters guar risk,who are also good at the delay and waiting game.</p>
