MTN grossly *********** or *******, perhaps both!

This week I loaded 500 mg data onto my number, received confirmation sms and then had the data dissapear into thin air a minute later. I then loaded another 500 mg, literally 2 mins later and the same thing happens. I have called them now 4 times and I keep being told the systems are down. It's been a week. They are grossly *********** or *******!
