MTN Greenstone

MTN Greenstone are shocking Are the consultants there to sell and upgrade or also to offer genuine customer service. Went there on Saturday as they cancelled the wrong number on my contract. Was told cant do anything till Monday Went on Monday and even the consultants there have to call MTN customer service which they give up and put the phone down after one try if they cant get through Went back there today and im told I must call MTN nothing they can do. In the meantime im losing business as my cell phone number doesn't work.
