MTN service in Port Elizabeth Greenacres is disgusting. My mother has been trying to do her sim swop for over week now but she is getting no joy. Kegan’s service was the worst not sure if that is his mother’s house. The two branches are saying two different things sending my mom from pillar to post but she still doesn’t have her number. She failed the two questions and was advised to go and an affidavit when she comes back they then tell her to go and certify her ID. When she finally gets all the docs they tell her they don’t accept those documents. They are now telling her she needs to come back after a month, for what. If she doesn’t remember the answers to your question now how will she remember after a month, she uses that number for all her things so what must she do now. Kegan blatantly refused to put her throug to a manager. Why is he even there with such a stinking attitude.
