MTN. Great network infrastruture but with staff who doesnt give a ****

My previous complaint (on Hellopeter) was attended to by one of your agents. I compared MTN Sky with the Telkom Smart voice package with your agent. I told the agent to give me just a bit of time to decide if I will migrate to MTN sky or open a new line with TELKOM. I decided yesterday to use the MTN Sky option that your agent offered me. I was offered R999 per month when I migrate and that my device feel will be waived. When I called the call center there was no notes made that anybody understood of what they needed to happen. I then went to the MTN store at Eastrand mall where a store consultant tried to help but couldn't see anything on the system again. I called yesterday late and spoke to a lady who eventually said she will assist me and send me forms to migrate my package and then I will be moved but I will still pay the device fee that MTN offered to waive (she is not at fault since her colleague didn't make notes) . I complained about that and asked that the gentleman who called me call me to assist and she then asked to hold on and spoke to him in the background and assured me that he will call me but that didn't happen. This morning I called TELKOM and they got our business since MTN cant assist. Once my contract expire I will move my remaining MTN line over to TELKOM as well. If your cancellation fee wasn't that ridiculous I would have cancelled yesterday as well. Take Note South Africa everyone says Telkom is bad. I have four line with them and find they are not perfect but they do offer better service than MTN and better products. Should you read this don't just stay with MTN but compare and move your business as well since that is the only language these networks understand is...... The loss of business. MTN if you do read this don't bother to call since I didn't get help yesterday and lastly do note that I did send a email back via Hellopeter early in the morning asking to be called back but that didn't happen either.
