MTN - Great in the past, now clueless!

I am now ready for legal proceedings against MTN. I terminated my contract in January of this year and MTN confirmed this in writing, Months later their debt recovery company starts phoning me for outstanding debts. It appears someone *****ulently re-opened the account afterwards and now MTN wants the money from me. This is not just bad service, but total incompetence! I will now be going to the consumer council because of this. So glad I moved to Vodacom, the service is Miles better!
