MTN great at non-delivery

MTN is upgrading my contract and have been promising to deliver my new devices within 7 days. It is now more than 2 weeks later, no devices, no arrangements for delivery YET my account came and they will be billing me for the upgraded contract.

Either you deliver TODAY or you terminate the contract and I will go elsewhere.
