MTN got me blacklist while paying!!!

MTN contract holders visit Trans Union Credit score, you will be shocked to be informed that you didn't pay your mtn account for the past 6 months even though the debit order was successfull. MTN they are the first to put hand on my money but today MTN has negatively affected my credit score for not updating my data at ITC that I have successfully paid my account. I called mtn and be told that my matter is being escalated and given this reference number ***. My matter will be resolved in 4 - 7 working days and something that I'm not happy with because MTN has really inconvenience me. Someone didn't do justice to a poor black man in democratic country.
