MTN ***** got me black listed

I have never had a MTN account. I have had two accounts *****ulently opened in my name (identity theft). The first one I jumped through hoops and eventually had it sorted out only to have the second one opened shortly afterwards. They ran up a 69k biill which I just kept reversing the debit order each month (so I was not out of pocket). They have now black listed me! The process to get un-listed is You need to open a case and get a case number which you can then give to the black-listers. You cannot open a case without the following Go to SAPS and get an affidavit and send that with your Id to MTN. MTN then investigates and say they will respond within 21 days. Well that is not that case. It has been ages now. I cannot open a case until MTN sends me supporting documents. My business has been affected due to my listing. How do I fix this. Do I go legal or ombudsman?
