MTN - Goodbye after 20 years

20 years of being an MTN customer and now I'm on my way out if this issue is not resolved immediately. MTN has deducted various amounts from my bank account without my permission. My contract allows them to deduct R469 on a monthly basis, but since my upgrade in October 2021 the deducted amount far exceeds this agreement EVERY MONTH!!! Absolutely unacceptable - this is THEFT!!!! I have had inconvenience up to my ears with having to drive many kilometres from my farm into town, have spent many unnecessary hours in the MTN shop and STILL have to endure bad reception, interrupted calls, days without the security of a reliable contact source. On top of this all - 3 unsolicited deductions for subscriptions (Reycreo, Baseplay Stream, Funny Memes Daily) have been made on a daily basis - amounting to more than R30 per day - I have NOT subscribed to any of these ever so my calculated conclusion is that this has happened in store when the consultant has handled my device. MTN - you are ******* and I will tell this on every source that is at my disposal if this is not resolved to my satisfaction - meaning - I WANT MY MONEY BACK
