Mtn good customer service

I recent,y had occasion to contact MTN regarding my service which had been disconnected. I couldn't get through to and agent via the call centre, which I at first found frustrating. So I emailed customer service and was helped very quickly, and the issue was sorted out. I must say I was impressed by the way it was handled by the staff, very helpful and polite. So we'll done to Zanele Tshabalala, Wiseman Zulu, and Biopelo Phiri! They helped turn a horrible experience into a good one.
