MTN- gone wrong

I have been trying to take out an additional contract since Sunday the 09/02/2020, at first i had to wait at their Clear water mall store for over 2hrs and wasn't able to due to some system upgrade, tried today at Sandton city same issue, clearly MTN wants their clients to venture to other service providers.
