MTN Goldfields Welkom (Poor service)

Very disapointed in the service of MTN Goldfields Welkom. I wanted to cancel a order for a new phone , because I decided on another phone. The phone that I first ordered was not in stock so they had to order it. A day after I ordered that phone I went back because I decided on another phone. It has been almost two weeks and the staff member that helped me at MTN still did not manage to cancel it or even inform me on what is going on. In order to order the new phone that I now want I have to first cancel that one. It is getting frustrating, because it does not seem as if anyone wants to help me resolve the matter.
