MTN - Going nowhere slowly
<p>So I app**** for an upgrade to my contract with MTN last wednesday the 10th of August 2016. I was advised by the call centre agent that my device would be delivered by friday, 12th Aug 2016. But obvioulsy this did not happen. I was on leave last week hence i provided my home address as the delivery address. When I called the courier company yesterday, tuesday 16 Aug 2016, i was told they cannot assist me in changing my delivery address to be my work address (41 Stanley ave, Atrium Building Santam, Auckland Park) because only mtn can do it. The frustrasion is the fact that nobody at mtn is able to change my delivery address, i'm saying this because each time i called, i would be put from one department to the other and their so called delivery department is never available. My question is therefore can anyone one employed by mtn change my delivery address or should i cancel the entire deal and go to a competitor? </p>

22 Aug 2016, 10:12But no one has called or sms'd or emailed or even a smoke signal, nothing, nada!!!! What does a person, as an MTN customer, have to do to get some assistance! This is really shocking!!!
