MTN going no where slowly

MTN!!!!!! your helpline is impossible! i am holding on forever just to hear the same "yello" instead of "Hallo" with unclear lines, people eventually transferring you without explaining why and no real option to speak to someone - just list and list op numbers and option that is not needed!!!!! I have been struggling to get two contracts renewed since November. During this time with the frustration of your help line and people promising to contact me and not doing it, I was informed that there was ***** on my account, I am divorced (I am not!) I eventually decided to cancel the contracts - still not 100% done and now i all of a sudden have insurance that I did not know about!
