MTN going down the toilet. The end of a Telco

What are you doing?? You contact center drops calls and when it does get picked up you hear people in the back ground and no one talks to you. Been like this for a week now. I go to your branch and your system is offline... I sent several emails to your customercare and ZERO response. Are you being run by the ANC? Cause this once great company is going down the toilet. You spend millions to get new clients, but your existing clients means nothing to you. It will be only a matter of time before your company is liquidated and I for one cannot wait for that day.
