Mtn going against CPA and TCF... Disgusted.

Pathetic service. Going against CPA. Ordered the 100gig data contract online. Was advised that someone would contact me. Weeks went by and nobody contacted me. Emailed mtn and asked them to cancel order on the 27th November 2020. Also spoke to an agent at their retentions department and asked her to please cancel. All of a sudden in the 17 December 2020, started receiving sms informing me that was order was successfully processed. Thats 24 days later. Then called mtn only to be transferred to their online affiliated company and was told they cannot cancel. Unbelievable and this after sending emails and communicating with their agents telephonically. I want this order cancelled immediately. Anything you listed on the bureau to be cleared out as I have a perfect bureau record. You disappoint me mtn. After being a loyal customer for decades, I will change networks. Please cancel order number ***
